What happen in my life today (02/01/2011) ??
Just read my BFF blog..hmm..its make me sad & emo..she’s very strong girl,even she don’t have job,she didn’t complaint but she’s strive & struggle to achieve her ambition. now, with all her effort,she has her own business & also permanent job..alhamdulillah..to all man in Malaysia,U ARE SO LUCKY IF SHE’S YOUR SOULMATE!!!
Hahahaha (laugh first before tell story)..just wake up from sleep & realize already 6:30am..AH!! already late ma!!hmm..find my mom but she didn’t come back (where’s she going?)..got very quick shower (5minutes only),then wants to wake up my hubby…what happen? Ding dong..the clock now is 3:30am!!!
At workplace, we are given 8hours per day by company to do work rite? I just used ½ hour to accomplish my work..the rest?hahahaha..FB & MSN…i’m not good worker lor..but nothings to do..is it necessary to work 2morrow??ades…
Today, my customer make payment for perfume..hehehe..side income..thanks to my hubby b’coz help me pos the parcel..will update new PROMO for this month..so, who wants to buy perfume (gred AAA-dubai & original), bag (original), blouse, shawl & for upcoming, makeup (original), can order from me..dont hesitate PM me k J tonight wants to update PROMO FOR LOVE MONTH (only perfume gred AAA)..so excited!!

I just want to share to all of u. I have BFF which is fad,nurul,sue,fana,& suzie. Why they are important in my life? I so lucky to be apart of them as they will keep right beside me either sad or happy. Suddenly, I remember the time where’s I sick (the worst I had sick), all of u take care of me until I feel better. Fad..thanks because clean my vomit and massage me ( u are good in massage people lor). Nurul..thanks because always come to me when I called u up and u will do all my favor (although I can’t feel your massage)..hehehehe…sue..thanks because massage me & you cant sleep well as I always crying & you not say anything..fana..when I called u up, u always said “ye noreennnn…..”& do my favor. Lastly, suzie..thanks because always cook for us & I will not forget ‘cekodok lekat’..all of u always be with me, when others runaway from me, when I’ve got emotional (sometimes J), when sometime I’d be crazy like do some magician (thanks for watching), accompany me when I want to eat “roti bom subaidah” at 2 am and when I always disturb all of u (hek3)..i would like to thanks to all of u because being my truly friend & be apart in my life..we are BEST FRIEND FOREVER!!!

Since we get friend until now, I just want the whole world know that I really love u & always be at your side entire my life. If people say I love u because of money, reputation, and personal interest, it’s totally ridiculous. I want to spend my life with u honey. I will laugh, I will love, I will hope, I will try, I will hurt, I fear, and I will cry only for you. When I’m right beside u, I can be myself where’s u accept all my weakness and u never complaint. Furthermore, u knows that I’m not the best woman; maybe in this world, yet u still loves me & cares about me. Please, just keep your eyes upon me, always keep me in your sight, lead me to the light, and protect me as u could. If the world is dark, I’m not sure if I know the way, but when u right beside me, I’m sure there’s a way and we will make it through. Abg, give me all the strength and let me lean on you until my last breath. I'm not shy to cry, to sing (although my voice very bad hehehehe), to have nightmare. Because I know, u will accept me as what I am. The worst is, I’m afraid I can’t give what u want, yet u still said, it's okay & the best gift I want to give u is to be father. Why communication vey important in performance appraisal?
Why communication vey important in performance appraisal?
In this era, I think all organization should have good quality of employee which can be seen at their knowledge, skill and ability? The question is how to evaluate those criteria? Simple!! By having performance appraisal. As employee, we need to know our organization’s expectation and same goes to organization where’s they should highlight the appraisal blueprint.
According to a recent study by Bersin and Associates, organizations that use collaborative performance management have better business results than those that do not. Further, those companies whose employees have high-quality development plans realize twice the revenue per employee as those organizations with poor or low-quality development plans.
To do this effectively, these organizations have leveraged the four keys of collaborative performance management which is
Align goals more collaboratively and frequently, Provide performance and development communication and Have better conversations
For this article, I just want to highlight one of the key which is communication. As all of us know, communication is very important to achieve objective. Manager must provide layout regarding JD (Job Description) & communicate clearly to employee. So that, employee will make this layout as surveyor in performing their job. Friend of mine had experience bad appraisal with his superior. This is due bad communication & in my opinion lack of knowledge regarding performance appraisal. In any organization, there must be politics activity where’s someone will destroy others to make sure they will get their personal interest. Although the percentage of politics is rare, but it still exist in any place. Same happen to my friend, when his colleague inform to superior about his negative side. But the things is superior doesn’t investigate and just give bad performance to my friend. And the worst is the superior not inform my friend what his fault & negative side. He wondering if he does not have positive sides which contribute to goal achievement? And this make him demotivated & until now he can’t concentrate in performing job.
Why not, the superior communicate with my friend and do investigation before come to solution. The superior should focus on job performance, not the person they evaluate. Although there’s bad news about that person, superior should look & review my friend performance not 100% trust with rumors. It’s very easy to plan everything like the keys, criteria, objective and others in evaluating performance but to implement those plans is not easy like ABC. I just wondering, whether we still have justice in this era? Whether we comply 100% towards the plan? Or it’s just a piece of paper. Moral of the story, if you not satisfy with someone, tell him nicely & suggest what he should do, without destroy others life. We are Malaysian and we already been educate about good value like honesty, respect, and others since we born. Is it difficult to live in harmony?
